At present time, state-level signature compliance will not be undertaken. Contact the author(s) if you need state level compliance. For healthcare specific applications, HIPAA requirements will be meet. For business applications Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements will be taken into account. Organizations that have specific compliance concerns should work with the organizational assurer and the author of the document to ensure that specific requirements are met.
