- rename protocols.Handler to ServerHandler - rename ServerHandler methods to better express their purpose - pass command and response as parameters - simplify state machine and handle errors in serial/seriallink.go - implement command read timeout - remove currentCommand and currentResponse fields from MsgPackHandler
