This change replaces http links in the email verification mails with https
links. Some http links to the Wiki have been replaced with https links too.

The change should not affect users negatively because www.cacert.org redirects
to https already and users therefore need to trust our CA certificates.

even if i (personally) would prefer http-links to wiki instead of https-links (if somebody has issues with cacert https), i approve these changes
